Patient Care Coordinator

Haylea Smith is the Patient Care Coordinator at MedPark Hearing Center, where she ensures every patient feels welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their hearing journey. A graduate of Texas State University, Class of 2017, with a degree in General Studies, Haylea chose to remain in the area and continue serving the community she had grown to love.

She joined the hearing healthcare industry in 2018, where she trained under Allison Trujillo and quickly developed a strong foundation in patient care and practice operations. In her role, Haylea is often the first friendly face patients encounter. She works diligently to ensure each visit is organized, welcoming, and stress-free—from scheduling appointments and answering questions to guiding patients through every step of their hearing care experience.

Known for her outgoing and compassionate nature, Haylea takes pride in building meaningful relationships and helping patients hear their best so they can fully enjoy life’s most meaningful moments. She is also a member of the International Hearing Society, reflecting her commitment to continued professional growth and excellence in hearing healthcare.

Outside of work, Haylea channels her creativity into planning weddings and events, helping couples bring their visions to life. She also enjoys spending time with her family, her boyfriend, and his son—whether at the dirt bike track, volunteering through their church, or enjoying a quiet night at home.
